By providing your phone number to Wilson Mobile Detailing — through our chat assistant, voice line, or in-person — you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us about your inquiry and any appointment that follows.
Messages may include: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule communications, and post-service follow-ups.

Program Description
When you contact Wilson Mobile Detailing about mobile auto detailing service — through our website, chat assistant, voice line, or in person — we use SMS to coordinate your appointment. Messages you may receive include:
- Confirmation that your booking has been received and scheduled
- Appointment reminders ahead of your service date
- Reschedule, delay, or cancellation notices
- A short follow-up after service asking for your feedback or review
These messages are transactional. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS under this program.

Message frequency varies based on your booking. You can typically expect 3 to 6 messages per appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and any reschedule or follow-up communication.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are not billed by Wilson Mobile Detailing.
Supported Carriers
Our messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, as well as their MVNO partners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out, Resubscribing, and Help
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving further SMS.
- Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
- Reply HELP to receive support contact information.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule service, please contact us directly using the information below.
